J&G Associates, are looking to recruit one (1) Associate, for their Real Estate and Infrastructure practice, from 20th April 2021 at their Jaipur office. Tasks would be the following:

1. Coordinating with the clients and attending key meetings.
2. Drafting and vetting of deeds, agreements and undertaking compliances with various regulatory bodies.
3. Analyzing and vetting various Government/Departmental Regulations and Policies and gauging their impact of businesses.
4. Appearing before Courts and Tribunals and assisting us in cases.

PS: The role will require the candidate to devote particular number of hours in a day at their clients office.

Experience:
1. PQE 1-3 years in Real Estate Sector
2. Good presentation and communication skills.

Candidates with prior work experience in Companies and Law Firms would be preferred.
