Ltd. are running a search for lawyers with 10-15 years of experience for an excellent opportunity with a Fortune 500 ranked global manufacturing and distribution company, headquartered in Europe, for the position of a Litigation Head. The said position in the mining giant can be based either out of Mumbai or Delhi. 

Applicants must come with at least 10-15 years of experience of having dealt with domestic and international arbitration, commercial litigation with respect to big scale and complex disputes and arbitration related to promoter driven and IBC matters. Ideally looking for candidates hailing from Tier 1 law schools who have had considerable experience in working with law firms and also large conglomerates.
