SKR & Associates And SKR & Partners -A Law Firm are looking for an Advocate having minimum 4 years experience in any Law Firm in Mumbai and having skill of drafting, settling and finalizing agreements relating to the sale and transfer of an interest in land and properties by way of gift, exchange, release, conveyance, assignment, and mortgage. He/she will also assist and advise client with property development, re-development, issues relating to Transfer of Development Rights (TDR), Floor Space Index (FSI) approvals and licenses, assignments, and conveyancing.
