*Job description*

Responsibilities :

1) To resolve NPA and Written off Contracts through Legal

2) To Defend the Company in Against Cases.
3) Knowledge of Collections and recovery through legal Proceedings
4) Recommending and filing suitable legal actions against defaulters.
5) Arbitration/Notice to Overdue/Chronic cases
Recovery in system written off contracts

6) To defend cases filed against the company and Knowledge of Mortgage
Summary Suits and other mode of Recovery through Legal.

7) Exposure of Drafting and vetting Legal notices, reply to Notices, Plaint, Written Statement &other legal documents.

8)Interface with Defaulters to motivate for payment of dues.
