LAWSIKHO need an external faculty for taking classes in their Companies Act course.

You should have a minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience of working in a corporate law firm or as an in-house counsel. If you’ve worked on a capital markets listing transaction, it’s even better.

You will need to take class of approx. 1.5-2 hours, once every week, after 8 pm on weekdays or on Sundays. It can be managed alongside work.
